injuries are setting in and its not a good sign. this is gonna hinder my workouts for the months to come. it could be that i have worked out for the past 6 months without a weeks rest. supposedly, a person requires at least a weeks rest from workouts and supplementation for every 6 weeks working out. i think ill start my weeks rest soon. although i will lose strength and mass coming back, the gains and strength after the rest will surpass the original. another flaw i have is sticking to the same routine and not using the other principals of bodybuilding. my body i think is in a state of homeostaisis and it thinks that going to the gym 4 days a week have become a day routine. i am gonna implement other weider principals to shock the body into growth. althougth it sucks to be in a plateau, my body has proportionalized by gaining an enormous amount of shape in my lower body.
other good news is today i got my ticket to the roxy to see my girl rockstar michelle branch. this will be my 10th meeting with her. yea we go way back during the first time we met at a club in hollywood in '01 and when i used to chat with her hot sister for 4 hours a night. she was a nobody desperate for fans. and now she buys an $800000 house in the hollywood hills, produces songs with the most famous producer, is touring with the dixie chicks, shoots 3 videos, is in the big screen, collaborates with the famous santana, travels around the world and buys all these new gibson and taylor guitars. she may not compare to the other huge bands out there, but starting as a single 17 year old girl, shes done a heck of a lot over 2 years. well she pays me back by dedicating songs to me on stage, leaving vmails, and sending me autographed memorabilia, yeah im special!
one more thing is, im going to pay homage to my other home away from home: las vegas. jesson and i are going to make the trek to sin city midnight to stay in the luxor and come back sunday. me, akash, jesson, masoud and i made it mandatory to eat the bellagio exclusive buffet every time we hit up vegas creatively named "The Buffet". Yea the name says it all "The Buffet" because there is no other buffet like it. The name stands out bold. haha why didnt other casinos think of that? comfortably priced at $37 a pop, you will enjoy every morsel that comes out of the kitchen. you wouldnt even complain if you paid more. the food is clean, fresh and luxurious. they even serve champagne to kids! yea, you go to your table, and you walk back and BAM! a tall glass of bottemless sparkling champagne all ready to go next to each setting. so dont listen to JOE PECK, rio buffet sucks. Bellagio is my favorite hotel. in my opinion, it is nostalgic of the movie "eyes wide shut" and a modernized-old-fashioned european opera setting. i cant explain it. their theme is water hence the huge water fountains and lake that precedes the hotel. i must check out a room there for the next Mr O. although all rooms are suites, prices range from $350-$$$$$ a night depending if the room has a view of the lake or if you want to sleep in the same bed britney spears slept on. it wouldnt be that bad if more people chipped in for money. im already holding my $100 bill in the air. anyone else? do i feel a remake of oceans 11?
