my friend and i have realized that we have OCD, obsessive compulsory disorder. its sorta a weird one. us always going to the gym each night for 2 hours, eating a special diet, counting calories, wanting to get the desired look, etc, totally falls into the OCD category. and to really prove that its true, whenever we miss a day of working out, we feel like shit. its just how a person with OCD that forgets to wash his hands.

In its online nutrition guide, the burger-maker lists simple tips for cutting calories, trimming fat and controlling carbs. How did the meals stack up? Surprisingly, a combo consisting of a quarter-pounder, side salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and large unsweetened iced tea comes in at less than 500 calories and roughly 20 grams of fat.
