ellis and i went to la verne at 3pm to eat sushi. but we found out that it didnt open till 5pm. so we hung out at la verne driving around. we had nothing to do so we went to take a tour of LA fitness, went to KOHLS, and played video games in target. at la fitness, i took a bodyfat test using a electrostatic method and it said i had 7.7% bodyfat and 6% is considered risky. he says whatever im doing im doing right, but i really need to get fat. i hate this skinniness.

after, we went to the restaurant at 5pm. ellis says its the best sushi restaurant ever. its called FUKUYA i think. its a familiy owned restaurant and lots of people were there. it costs 21 dollars per person and the sushi was really good. i will go back there a lot. he says to watch and learn how he eats because he says i havent seen his full potential since he is on a diet till Mr olympia. it is all you can eat sushi so i didnt eat anything till 5pm when it opened. i ended up eating 40 pieces of sushi because ellis kept on pushing me to eat till i was ready to puke. ellis ate about 60 pieces of sushi and he wasnt even full yet!!! he says wait till the Bellagio buffet when he will put on an act for us. now i know why he is so strong and big. he can bench 4 plates, deadlift 6 plates without gloves, squat 4 plates all the way to the ground 4 times. i bet the people there are mad when they see bodybuilders walk in becaues we clear out their food supply.

american wedding is the best comdey movie since dumb and dumber. it is even better than parts 1 and 2 in my opinion. the screening was held at the arclight theaters in hollywood. same place i was at yesterday. it is a very nice theater, one i would take a date to. the front row is not even a front row because its still far away from the screen. yes there is nudity in here: nikki ziering and amanda swisten. i dont wanna spoil anything so im not gonna tell you the story. this movie comes out august 1st. here are some memorable rhymes by stiff meister:

then after i drove around to find a 24 hour fitness. i found one off PICO blvd and ave of the stars in beverly hills. The people in LA are so polite. they always talk to people, instead of OC white stuck up people who look down on asians. there was this old white guy who started to talk to me and then asked if i was a chinese. i said yes and he started to speak chinese to me. he said he was a jew and his life is the same exact thing as karate kid. but instead, a chinese man inspired him to learn martial arts and the chinese lifestyle. his chinese is like 10 times better than mines. he was talking soo much to me in chinese that i had to skip some workouts. people in the gym were looking at him surprised. i finally got out of the gym at 12:30am.

if youre alone and have nothing to do besides staring at the mirror, dont be jew and go down to hollywood like me and youre bound to have fun and meet and talk to people. its a new lifestyle.

today on my 22nd birthday, jesson took me out to breakfast/dinner, sadaam husseins 2 sons were killed, i got 2 picks from michelle branch, a smallville poster, a pepsi necklace, money from my brother, and brad paisley's 3rd album comes out. its called mud on the tires. my sister is getting me that from chicago. he is the best music artist out ther cuz he plays, sings, and writes the most creative and funniest songs. time to bulk again. no exceptions, but this time i have till march to gain 25 lbs of fat and/or muscle. im a lazy guy when it comes to cooking so then i go to costco to buy microwavable foods high in calories, fat, sodium and chemicals and i hit up carls to get their spicy chicken sandwich. so far i gained 5 lbs in fat. :)
to help me, i have a new trainer and a GNC sponsor/consultant. my friend EASY is my new sponsor. he gave me like $200 worth of twin fuel supplements because his dream is to make me win in the NPC and he wants me to thank him on stage. i hope i can do that.

this saturday night was filled with people, but the amount of hot girls were minimum.
