so on monday i took my last xrays to see what my bones look like. i have been taking super expensive calcium pills and super supplements for the past year and my bones and recovery has been faster than normal doctors say. i get to choose my operation day now. i have an option of having 2 seperate surguries so i wont be so much in pain and also i can use my strong limbs to at least move a little. or i can tough it out and have the surgury done all at once, but be a vegetable. i chose to have it done all at once and have the luxury of my friends and parents being slaves :) after my surgery, i would have to lay low and play it safe so my bones would not fall apart. i have to be cautious for 6 whole weeks. not cool. so i thought about it and decided to have my shit taken out after the holidays :) for what i missed last year, i would not want to miss it again. especially catch the early season of snowboarding so i can haul ass down the slopes and break a couple more bones. but yet, i cant wait till i go through the operation so i can show off my stitches and staples and scare off girls. its also like full service hotel and the food is pretty good. but fcuk! my nerves arent fully healed yet :(

speaking of my recovery, my dad told me something opposite today. he said after work he saw a motorcycle rider trying to show off and took off on the freeway ramp. not knowing that it curved, he gunned the throttle. as the ramp sloped up a few stories on the 105 frwy and curved, he hit the rail and high-sided off the bike. he fell down 3 stories and at the bottom got hit by a freight truck. that is 3 impacts: guard rail, floor, and truck. his body was mangled. not a good sight. everyone came out of their cars and did nothing.

continuing on...we woke up around 11am on saturday, got ready, and just barely missed the TA meetup at the park. we decided to load up on food that day so we have enough fuel for the next 16 hours of dancing. for my first meal, i had 6 crunchy tacos mMMMMMMmMmMMM. from del taco, people had already started lining up on market street and the sounds of bass and synth were getting closer. as the first float appeared near del taco, we backtracked to the first float where the spundae people were. there, we met up with curly, michelle, ruben, mary, aaron, mike, rocky, phillipe, tigo, sarah, and tigo2. to our suprise, we also see michelle and kris dancing on the spundae float holding up signs. dj's were spinning a different type of music on each float and there must have been about 10-15 floats. The parade route started on the north end of market street and about 3/4 of a mile down, ended at the SF civic center. Its weird how you have a bunch of naked, cracked out candy kids dancing in such an area of orderly business. the spundae float happened to host a bunch of famous names such as: above & beyond, ferry corsten, markus schulz, tania mann, kristina sky, carl cox etc. As the floats situated themselves at the civic center, the partying began. the DJ's took their turn spinning a free show to thousands of people all the way till 9pm. By that time, the after party starts right behind where the spundae float was parked and i was loaded up with 5 meals already. we went back to the hotel to change and came back looking at a monsterous line. since i had a will call ticket, i had to wait in line myself for over an hour. i invite tigo, sarah, ruben, aaron and mary join me in the freezing cold for the last half hour. by the time we get in, we miss carl cox. the venue was by far the best indoor massive because it was extremely well ventilated and air conditioned. also, the lighting effect is the best designed. i was there to see above and beyond, ferry, and markus. all 3 of them played a great show. after dancing with keith, tigo's and sarah most of the time, the party ended at 4am. after that, bjorn, keith and i headed back to mel's diner as we predicted the night before. keith and bjorn had an 8am flight and i had the room to myself! muhahahhahah! but still, 5 hours of sleep wasnt enough, so i called the front deck to extend the check-out time to 12:30pm!! after that, they had to start charging me $12/30min and i was willing to pay for sleep. hahahah! im so lazy. then, curly called and i had to meet him back at daly city. so off i go back on the BART. i missed my transfer and had to wait for another train. fuckin BART is so inefficient. each train comes in 15 min intervals whereas in europe, the transfers are so easy and each train comes within 5min. fuckers. rene drove back to santa barbara so quick averaging 100mph, weaving in and out of cars.

damn! where to start...my weekend started on a thursday night with a drive up to santa barbara to meet with curly. its my first visit to santa barbara and since it was the first day of school, there were a bunch of chicks that dress up all hoe-ish so they can impress the guys that dress-up trying to be EMO. fuck those fags. there was this fat fuck who tried to fuck around with me at some mexican joint. i wanted to punch him on the other side of the glass window i was sitting behind, but there was a police station right behind the building. at the apt, we spun records there till 4am and after i tried to sleep but just cant from all the shit in my head. i just sat there in the dark and drank a couple sodas till sunrise. by that time, everyone was up already for school. i messed around more with the vinyls and by lunch time, curly took me down to downtown santa barbara. my first impression of the city blew me away because everyone was so tight niched. the city is clean, the weather was perfect, and the people are glowing. by 5pm we picked up rene, michelle, and david and we were on our way. rene brought his mac so he could mix during the car trip. fast foward 5 hours and we arrive in daly city where mike lives. his apt is extremely nice and feng shui'ed out but it wasnt enough for me that night. i had to get away and start partying no matter how tired i felt. i called up tigo and bjorn and tigo sold me on going to see lee burridge. i got my shit and took off to the city on the BART. once there, i decided to crash with Bjorn at his hotel. i dropped off my shit and keith, bjorn and i left for lee burridge. the cool thing is that our hotel is right smack in the center of frisco and the venue was just downstairs. once we got to the mezzanine, it felt liek home seeing familiar faces. we all danced till tigo got kicked out for being too faded and we ended our night at mels diner. this was gona be one hell of a weekend.
