my friend called me after school to go with him to costa mesa to drop off some brembo brake rotors. i wanted to go home to sleep but he said his A/C in his car broke and he doesnt wanna go through traffic. so i was frustrated because he doesnt wanna drive just because his AC broke. then i went to the place where the guy lives in OC. i see a 300 ZX parked outside and the guy opens the door. i was thinking hey you look familiar and long behold it was PETER NORTH!!! my knees felt weak and i had tears of joy. i didnt say anything but i just look at him with a smile on my face. my friend works for this import car shop called CAR TUNE motor sports and PETER frequently gets his car parts from them. he has a modded twin turbo nissan 300ZX from the 90's where he fixed upp from scratch. he does have a good sized house but not too big. no security or anything so next time when halloween comes by we can go visit that neighborhood. my friend tells me that he has his number and calls him up everynow and then. so next time he goes, im gonna go with him and hang out with PETER. he also works out as you can tell i dont know where but ill find out and he has like over 300K in his account. his real name isnt peter north, it is actually ALDEN (sp?) BROWN. then after we left i thank my friend for taking me to the MAN's house.

my costco card is now terminated. jackie who worked there i guess quit and left me in the dust. but good thing ellis still has his so i can go with him to buy bulk. my oatmeal/tuna/egg breakfast routine is taking a toll on my appetite so now i have switched to guess what?? tuna, oatmeal, eggs seperately muhauhahahah. my other friend claims hes been doing that for a longer time and with mustard, but i think hes talking outa his ass. me being lazy, i have been buying lots of processed foods in the frozen section of costco like burritos, hot pockets, pizza etc so i can rack up those calories. i dont want to be at 7% body fat. instead i wanna be at around 10-11% you may see me on the cardio after workout but while ellis is pedaling away at 1000 cal/hr, i only burn 100 cal/hr just to waste time. thats like 40 RPM.
ive been training hard the past couple months. its good to workout with a person that is bigger than you because he can push you hard and always make you go heavy. the bad thing is one injury comes after the next. my right elbow finally healed but now my left wrist hurts more. the good thing is it doesnt bother me on my workouts. weve been doing different workouts that i have never even thought of and it has been torture. especially today i did some front squats for the first time. its where you rest the bar underneath your chin on your front shoulders and hope that it doesnt roll down your arm. first of all it makes you straighten your back and forces you to use only your front quads. i barely managed to do this with 2plates where the pros do 6 plates and call it lightweight. im gonna be sore tomorrow.
the past couple weeks we havent been going to the spectrum to workout. so now, the half asian/white MILF that has been going there is now coming to the gym in industry. yea you know who im talking about phillip. ellis and i used to always check her out in the spectrum and shell notice us eyeing her. even masoud has been caught looking at her. so today my friend at the gym was looking my way and says "hey guys stop checking her out" and long behold she was right in back of him wearing this tight raiders shirt. haha my friend was caught red handed. she would look at us from the other side of the room and she would follow us to where we workout and shell do cardio right next to us. yea she knows shes a hot piece. i guess she misses the big guys from the spectrum.
