im 173 pounds. this averages out to 1 pound per week for the past 5 weeks. not bad. and im not even working out on legs at all. i have a 2 day split which means i workout the same muscle every other day. 7 more pounds to go. this is how it is done:
meal 1: 3/4 cup oatmeal, 2 chicken breasts, 2 eggs
meal 2: taco bell - 1 supreme crunch wrap and 1 empanada
meal 3: secret protein shake ver.1
meal 4: finish leftovers in the fridge
meal 5: 2 chicken breasts and 3 cups of white rice
meal 6: secret protein shake ver.2
about 200 grams of protein/day
its not much but thats all my lazy ass can handle.
