the class that i have been putting to last minute has now become my favorite class. its corporate finance. i have a good teacher whereas my friends and my brother have suffered through this class. tomorrow is my midterm and hopefully all this homework and studying in between classes will pay off.
i have regained my muscles back from the week of barfing and toilet visiting and my anxiety that my heart will fail is going away. i have been researching through the internet to see which herbs and supplements are good for high blood pressure and the heart and it came up with garlic, cayenne pepper, hawthorne berries, omega-3 fish oil, flaxseed oil, L-glutamine, glutamic acid, co-enzyme Q-10. dandelion and vitamin E. out of all these, ive been taking garlic, cayenne pepper, hawthorne berries, coenzyme q10, and dandelion. it has been helping a lot. about a week ago i woke up in the morning and my heart had an irregular beating pattern. it would beat 5 times slowly then pause, 5 times slowly and pause again. it scared the crap out of me. but once i sat up, it went away and happened again when i laid down. it must of meant that my heart was either weak or enlarged and therefore had difficulty beating. i drank some water and took some dandelion and it went away. i still need a doctors point of view to get the real truth. i started to do some cardio also to strengthen my heart and help me use my lungs better because im always out of breath after a set.
