its been the 2nd day of dieting and i already hate it. i hate the food and i hate doing cardio. food is bland for example: brown rice and steak, tuna and green beans, steak and split pea soup, egg whites and oatmeal. i feel like gagging everytime i swallow. the training is also tough doing super sets and drop sets. i hope i can endure this for 11 more weeks.

every fridays after work a bunch of bouncers from the boogie go to the dennys across the street from disneyland. we just talk about all the shit that goes on in the past and how people were violently handled. everytime akash and i would see who could eat 2 plates of dennys food. i finally achieved that goal. it is very hard though and pancakes slow me down fast, so therefore i ordered an ultimate omelette with engilsh muffin and an all american slam. there will be no more dennys, no more fast food, pizza, etc for the next 12 weeks because i am getting ready for my competition. i met my trainer today at the golds gym in fullerton. he is a superheavy weight competing in the NPC nationals, sam tonikian. my diet and cardio will immediately start tomorrow so today is my last day of indulgement. also my last quarter of school is in these 12 weeks and with 20 units of class and cardio twice a day, itll be extra hard. i will definitely miss eating fast food. so after these 12 weeks of hell, take me to the vegas buffets.
